Hi, I’m Ian. Experience Designer living in Chicago with a creative spark and a passion for digital innovation. I enjoy combining my business knowledge with design to create innovative experiences for businesses and their users.

My journey in digital design began in my youth, sparked by a life-changing experience. I played soccer my entire life and my career was threatened at the age of 17 when I experienced serious heart issues. However a well-designed app helped me diagnose the condition, which was then fixed later on with surgery. This moment was more than just personal; it illuminated the transformative power of design in impacting lives. Ever since I have been in pursuit to create amazing user experiences through my designs.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in marketing with minors in Graphic Design and Website Communication/Design from Drury University, and a soon-to-be-completed Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.

My professional experience began in  in marketing and business. These experiences aren't just a part of my past; it actively informs my design process, allowing me to create solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically aligned with business objectives.

My portfolio is a testament to this blend, showcasing projects for startups, small businesses, and large corporations. I'm currently at Razorfish, a leader in digital innovation, I apply this integrated perspective to enhance user experiences.
